On the occasion of World AMR Awareness Week 2026, the Global Alliance for Infections in Surgery is pleased to organize the international webinar “Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infection Prevention and Control in Global Health: A Shared Responsibility Against Antimicrobial Resistance,” to be held on 20 November 2026.
The webinar will bring together international experts from different countries and disciplines to discuss antimicrobial resistance from a Global Health perspective, addressing current and emerging challenges and exploring the essential roles of antimicrobial stewardship, diagnostic stewardship, infection prevention and control, innovation, and integrated approaches to the prevention and management of infections.
Participation in the webinar is free of charge and open to everyone.
